The Pennsylvania man accused of stalking young boys inside Cabela's at the Highlands appeared in court Wednesday.
72 year old Carl Wilczynski's hearing in front of Ohio County Magistrate Charlie Murphy was continued until December 6th.
According to the Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, Shawn Turak, both sides are looking at all the legal aspects of the case before proceeding.

A Pennsylvania man is behind bars in the Northern Regional Jail after police say he was caught stalking young boys inside Cabela's at the Highlands.
72-year-old Carl L. Wilczynski was arraigned by Ohio County Magistrate Joe Roxby Monday afternoon on charges of Entering without Breaking and Stalking.
According to the criminal complaint, Wilczynski had following a child into the men's restroom inside the retail store.
The criminal complaint also states that after store employees confronted him, Wilczynski admitted he was a registered sex offender.
According to Roxby, Wilczynski remains behind bars on $11,000 cash bond.
