According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a woman has crashed over an embankment.

Crews on scene said the driver swerved to miss a deer on the road and crashed into personal property.

OSHP said no property damage was sustained.

Crews in Belmont County have been dispatched to the scene of a very serious car accident in Martins Ferry.

According to Belmont County dispatch, the accident happened on Ferry View Road before 5 a.m. Tuesday.
