Chad Tyler, Jessica Manback and Christina Reed were in Harrison County Common Pleas Court Monday in front of Judge Michael Nunner.
Each facing several different counts against them in an alleged rape case.
The counts stem from an investigation where a thumb drive was allegedly found at Tyler's work that contained pictures of sex acts with children and canines.
Tyler allegedly solicited Manbeck and Reed to commit sex acts with children or to photograph children in a sexual nature.
Monday Jessica Manback was arraigned on two indictments. She pled not guilty on both. She has a pre-trial conference set for December 18. Manback's bond is set at $100,000.
Chad Tyler pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity on three indictments including 42 counts.
Judge Nunner ordered a forensic evaluation on Tyler. His bond is set at $200,000 with a pre-trial date of December 19.
Reed's arraignment was postponed for two weeks for the defense attorney to look over what he called new evidence.
