An exhibit of West Virginia holiday art is opening at the Clay Center in Charleston.
News outlets report the works of more than a dozen artists range from stacks of birdhouses to a variety of electronics.
Penny Fioravante of Lewisburg brought her family's entry entitled "Christmas Eve at the Monsters," complete with a plate of fossilized cookies for Santa.
The exhibit runs from Friday through Dec. 30.
