Triadelphia Resident Sentenced on Firearms Charge

A Triadelphia, West Virginia, resident pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm in Wheeling by Judge Frederick P. Stamp, Jr. 

Randal Howard, 41, was sentenced to 10 months imprisonment to be followed by two years of supervised release according to authorities. 

Howard possessed a firearm on Feb. 28, 2012, despite having a prior felony conviction for grand larceny. 

Howard was remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal pending designation to a Federal institution.
