
Two arrests were made in connection with Drug paraphernalia in a Pizza Hut Parking lot in Steubenville.
Ronald Kidder and Amber Long were charged with possession of hypodermic needles, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Police received a complaint from an employee who said the two were allegedly using drugs in the bathroom of the restaurant.
After searching the subjects, police found needles, spoons and a marijuana pipe. The two were in court Wednesday where bond was set at $500.
