Dr. Larry Rhodes has been selected the 2013 Rural Health Practitioner of the Year.

Angela Scott has been appointed conference and convention manager at Davis & Elkins College, helping to coordinate all special events that take place on campus.
Scott's duties include planning community and internal events, from weddings to receptions, meetings and other events on campus. She brings to the job more than 20 years of management experience, including more than 13 years at Aegis Communications Group.
She has studied at Alderson-Broaddus College and Fairmont State University, and holds certificates in management orientation, leadership skills and high-performance management techniques.
