Morning Crash Injures One in Jefferson County

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a one-vehicle crash that injured one person Sunday morning in Jefferson County. 

According to dispatchers, that accident happened at about 9:15 a.m. in Island Creek Township on County Road 45, Pleasant Hill Road, off State Route 43. 

Authorities indicated the person's injuries aren't believed to be life-threatening. 

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
