Domestic Disturbance Turns Into Multiple Charges for Wheeling Ma - WTRF 7 News Sports Weather - Wheeling Steubenville

Police arrested  Melvin Christopher Shaw, 46, of Wheeling early Sunday morning.

Police were dispatched to a home on 14th Street regarding a domestic incident.

Police say, Shaw is being charged with domestic battery, public intoxication, obstructing a police officer, refusal to be fingerprinted, and disorderly conduct.

Shaw is being held in the Northern Regional jail pending his arraignment.
