Marshall County Commissioners have announced they are purchasing a 75-year-old business.
The county has been in negotiations for months to purchase the building that now is Jozabeth's Clothing Store at 601 Seventh Street .
Commissioners have big plans for the building next year when they turn it into a public safety annex.
That building will house the Sheriff's Department, 911 and some other agencies.
The owners of Jozabeth's plan to retire at the end of March.
The announcement was made at Tuesday's Marshall County Commission meeting.
