A Wisconsin judge has ruled that a Racine County man can not have any more children until he can prove he can pay for them. Corey Curtis says he was satisfied with the judges ruling and he is ready to move on.
The 44-year-old faced charges of failure to support two of his nine children he' fathered with six women.
According to court records, Curtis has a balance of roughly $85,000 including interest owed to the mother of two of those now-adult children. Curtis is on three years probation as part of that he has to keep up with his child support.
