According to Bellaire Police, two children were passengers in a car that flipped on the 4100 block of Noble Street at about 8:04 a.m. Thursday.

A preliminary report shows the driver lost control of the vehicle and struck a tree stump at the edge of a sidewalk. The vehicle's right wheels then traveled up the stump causing the car to roll over on it's top.

All occupants of the vehicle escaped uninjured and refused medical attention. The Neffs Fire Department was called in to secure the scene after the car's gas leaked out into the street. The driver was cited for failure to control.

Right now authorities in Belmont County are on the scene of a major car crash in front of a Preschool in Bellaire.

The accident occurred in front of Indian Run Preschool on Noble Street, and according to Belmont County 911, the car has flipped over.
