
The man accused of pushing another man into the path of an oncoming subway train in New York City has ties to Beaver County, Pennsylvania.
Police arrested Naeem Davis shortly after the incident earlier this week.
According to WTRF's CBS affiliate KDKA in Pittsburgh, Davis was raised as a foster child in a home in New Brighton, Pennsylvania.
His foster parents, James and Ruth Scialabba, refused to talk about Davis.
