West Virginia's favorite crooner Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. is coming home for some Christmas concerts.
The 2011 "America's Got Talent" winner will perform Thursday, Dec. 13 at the Pocahontas County Opera House in Marlinton and Friday, Dec. 14 at the Jackson County National Guard Armory in Millwood. Murphy will sing Dec. 22 at the Coalfield Jamboree Theatre in his native Logan.
Murphy's performed for U.S. military members stationed in Germany during the Veterans Day weekend. He also recently recorded several songs for a Christmas CD due out next year.
Murphy's early 2013 schedule includes a concert at The Greenbrier resort's casino Jan. 25 and 26. He also has concerts scheduled next month in Tulsa, Okla., and Panama City, Fla.
