    Wheeling will celebrate the Upper Ohio Valley's rich ethnic heritage with a Multicultural Festival Sunday, June 29, on the waterfront. 
    Wheeling will celebrate the Upper Ohio Valley's rich ethnic heritage with a Multicultural Festival Sunday, June 29, on the waterfront. 

It will be a rockin' New Year's Eve along South Main St. in the Grant County town of Petersburg.

This year's free event will feature Cooter's Garage Band from "The Dukes of Hazzard" along with the General Lee. There will be a 20-foot screen displaying the ball drop in New York City, funnel cakes, cotton candy and a variety of foods and beverages.

Also available will be an obstacle course blow-up along with horse-drawn sleigh rides, ice sculpting and a midnight fireworks display. Hours are 8:45 p.m. to 12:15 a.m.
