A man accused of possessing stolen firearms under disability and receiving stolen property was in court in Steubenville today.
Kenneth Shepard was arrested after police found 23 guns allegedly stolen from Wetzel County.
During Friday's preliminary hearing, the prosecution decided to drop the weapons under disability charge.
Judge Daniel Spahn ruled to have Shepard bound over Jefferson County Grand Jury.
Shepard is also charged with driving under suspension, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to control.
