Tanker Task Force Responds to Fire on Webb Heights in Shadyside

The Tanker Task force was called to a fire on Webb Heights Road  in Shadyside on Saturday night.

Crews from Shadyside, Powhatan and Martins Ferry Fire Departments responded to the fire that started before 8:00 p.m..

According to the Shadyside Fire Chief, the cause of the fire is undetermined right now but they believe a wood burner in the home may have started the fire.

The owner was not home at the time of the fire.
