St. Clairsville Hit-and-Run Suspect Appears in Court - WTRF 7 News Sports Weather - Wheeling Steubenville

The suspect in a fatal hit-and run-accident in Belmont County appeared in court Thursday to face  charges against him.

56-year-old Robert Green, of St. Clairsville, is charged with one count of aggravated vehicular homicide and one count of hit-and-skip after he allegedly hit Jason Cattannee with  his car and left him to die along Route 40 back in September.

Cattanne's father, David, says this court appearance takes a little bit of pressure off him, and he is relieved to see Green in court facing charges.
