Four-Month Drug Investigation Leads to Two Arrests in Belmont County

A four-month investigation has lead to the arrest of two people Thursday in Belmont County.

The Drug Task Force served a search warrant at 56649 Colerain Pike and authorities say they found prescription medication and marijuana packaged for sale, almost $900 in cash and drug  instruments.

Task force commander John McFarland said they arrested 35-year-old Benjamin Cutlip and charged him with possession and trafficking of drugs.

Authorities say he was the target of the investigation.

McFarland says 20-year-old Heath Swegard was also charged with possession and trafficking in drugs.
