Man Accused in Murder of 92-Year-Old Bellaire Woman Appears in Court

The second man charged with robbery and murder of 92-year-old Lydia Ashworth of Bellaire appeared in court on Friday.

Devin Wayne Fuller appeared in court for his pre-trial hearing. He's being charged with aggravated murder, aggravated burglary and burglary from the incident that occurred in June.

Both sides in the case expressed frustration over the long time being taken on the forensic tests in the case.

His next court appearance is set for March 1.
