St. Clairsville Police are investigating a strong arm robbery at State Cleaners on East Main Street.
Police say the robber made off with an undetermined amount of cash. He left through the side door of the cleaners and ran up the alley towards Newell Avenue.
Police describe the robber as youthful, in his late teens or early twenties, weighing approximately 150 to 160 lbs, and appeared 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 7 inches tall. He was wearing dark blue jeans, a dark jacket, and has dark curly hair partially covered by a toboggan hat.
