Residents of Brilliant are upset about the noise and lights coming from a site where Southeastern Equipment Company is pumping water out of the pond.

Residents have complained about the project going long into the night rather than 5 in the evening like they were told.

An employee at the Wells Township Water Department said she has been receiving numerous phone calls since the project began this past weekend.
