Water Getting Turned Off in Powhatan

The Village of Powhatan Point has issued a 48-hour boil order effective as of 3. p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17.

Water will be turned off at 1 p.m. on Thursday to repair a broken water line. Water will be off for approximately two hours. After water is restored, the boil order goes into effect.

The follwoing areas are under the order: First, Second, Third and Taylor Street.
