Winner is responsible for any federal, state or local taxes in regards to the prizes

and will complete any forms necessary for tax purposes. WTRF-TV reserves the

right to withhold prizes until all tax forms have been completed and returned.

WTRF-TV reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal value

Employees of WTRF-TV, WV Media, Feld Entertainment, Advanced Auto &

Stern Advertising and all affiliates and their families are Not Eligible.

This contest is void where prohibited by Law

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received

parent and subsidiary companies, and their offers, directors, employees,

shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising agencies, from all

liabilities, claims or actions of any kind, for injuries, damages of losses, to

persons or property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt,

ownership or use of the prizes.
