Judge Orders Fisher Back to Jail

OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. -

 

Melody Fisher, the alleged accomplice in the Elm Grover Pharmacy attempted robbery turned deadly, was back in court Friday afternoon.

Judge James Mazzone revoked Fisher's bond after she attempted to contact a witness in the case. Ohio County Prosecuting Attorney Scott Smith said that Fisher violated her bond around several days ago.

Fisher was taken to jail and her trial has been postponed.
