Residents of Wheeling will have an opportunity to voice their opinions of the state's 20-year rail plan tonight.
The West Virginia Rail Authority will hold a public meeting on the plan from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Independence Hall.
This meeting is just one of eight being held statewide to discuss the plan, which will determine the future of the state's freight and passenger rail system.
A draft plan is expected to be complete in April.
