Wheeling Hospital officials are reminding area residents that only two visitors per
patient are permitted at a time as the flu season continues to worsen.
The public is also reminded that Critical Care patients cannot have visitors from 1-4 p.m.
Children age 12 and under are restricted from visiting patient
floors. The exception is in Labor and Delivery, where children of
any age can visit their mothers and their
newborn siblings.
At
each of the hospital's entrances are hand sanitizing stations.
Visitors
are asked to use the stations' water-free sanitizing gel to clean
their hands before visiting patient floors.
