Wheeling Police arrested a registered sex offender at around 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ohio Valley Medical Center after he allegedly followed a female juvenile into the women's restroom.
Christian Dutton reportedly knocked on the stall door the juvenile girl had entered. The other person in the restroom left and alerted hospital security.
OVMC spokesperson Laurie Labishak said security responded quickly, no contact was made, and the juvenile was shaken but not harmed. Dutton was arrested on charges of attempting to use a minor in sexually explicit material.
Ohio County Magistrate Harry Radcliffe set Dutton's bond at $1 million dollars.
