
This week's Robinson Auto Group Athlete of the Week is Magnolia's Mallory Chapman, who had a record-setting week for the surging Lady Blue Eagles.
Chapman broke the Magnolia school record for points in a game when she scored 43 points in a win at Paden City.
She was on fire, hitting from all spots on the floor she made 15 of 23 from the floor with four three-pointers the 43 points was two more than Alycia Bell had in a game in 2007.
Besides her 43 point game, Chapman also had a pair of 24 point games, in wins over Wirt County and Beallsville.
In a nice show of sportsmanship, Paden City A-D Fred King gave Mallory the game ball for her 43-point effort.
Magnolia made it five straight wins with a 52-51 victory over Weir, Tuesday night.
