
The Bellaire Police Department and the Marshall County Sheriff's Office arrested a man who was wanted on felony charges of burglary in Marshall County.
John Duley, 26, of Middle Grave Creek Rd., in Moundsville, was receiving medical treatment at Belmont Community Hospital and was arrested when the medical staff notified Bellaire Police of his release.
Duley was transported to Belmont County Jail. While at the jail, it was discovered he had three additional warrants in Belmont County for failure to appear and theft charges.
Duley will await extradition to Marshall County on the burglary charge.
Chief Mike Kovalyk cited the cooperation between the departments and Belmont Community Hospital was vital in making the arrest.
