An Ohio judge has delayed ruling on a lawsuit challenging the use of traffic speed cameras in southwest Ohio.
The village of Elmwood Place is using the same kind of traffic cameras that officials in Martins Ferry would like to place at the intersection of Hanover St. and State Route 7.
A Judge has heard all the testimony a ruling will be made by the end of February.
The lawsuit on behalf of business owners and ticketed drivers claims constitutional violations by use of the cameras.
