Dr. Larry Rhodes has been selected the 2013 Rural Health Practitioner of the Year.

Huntington Bank recently promoted Chad Prather to senior vice president and commercial manager for West Virginia.
He will be based in the bank's downtown Morgantown office and will oversee commercial banking throughout the state.
Prather has more than 15 years of banking and financial services experience including seven years with Huntington Bank. He graduated from Marshall University with a bachelor's degree in finance.
He is a board member of the Morgantown Area Chamber of Commerce, the Monongalia and Preston County United Way, West Virginia Junior Achievement, the Holt-Brown Foundation and the Morgantown Area Economic Partnership. He is an active member of the Independent Organization of Gas and Oil Associations and the West Virginia Coal Association.
