Man Who Allegedly Followed Girl Into Restroom Appears Dutton - WTRF 7 News Sports Weather - Wheeling Steubenville

The man who allegedly followed a young girl into the women's restroom at Ohio Valley Medical Center made his appearance Wednesday before Magistrate Joe Roxby.

Christian Dutton was arrested earlier on charges of attempting to use a minor in sexually explicit material.

Dutton waived his right for a preliminary hearing for early disclosure. His case will be heard in front of a Grand Jury.
