This week's Robinson Auto Group Athlete of the Week is Martins Ferry's Cody Schau.
The senior, scoring machine was up to his old tricks last week, when he scored 30 points against arch rival Bellaire.
it must be something about a rivalry that brings out the best in the 6-3 wing, who hung 35 points on the Big Reds a month ago.
Schau came back with 28 points against Union Local on Friday night.
The valley's second-leading scorer has shown the ability to score against any defense thrown at him. He's usually the target of box-in-ones or gimmick defense nightly, but HE likes going one-on-one.
Schau is averaging a shade over 27 points per game just ahead of St.Clairsville's Dan Monteroso,Magnolia's Mark Winters leads the OVAC at 31 ppg.
Ferry will visit Indian Creek tomorrow night.
