The act bans smoking at specific outdoor areas like ticket lines, parks, stadiums, and festivals.
The ban also applies to outdoor grounds of medical facilities like hospitals, clinic and doctors' offices.

The Marshall County Board of Health will vote Friday on the controversial clean air regulation proposal.
If passed, the proposal would ban smoking at specific outdoor areas like ticket lines, parks, stadiums, and festivals.
