The Marshall County Health Department's Board of Directors have voted unanimously in favor of the proposed Outdoor Clean Air Act.
The act bans smoking at specific outdoor areas like ticket lines, parks, stadiums, and festivals.
The ban also applies to outdoor grounds of medical facilities like hospitals, clinic and doctors' offices.
