Fugitive Found, Arrested in Wheeling Alley Steven Johnson NCIC - WTRF 7 News Sports Weather - Wheeling Steubenville

A wanted fugitive out of Pittsburgh was arrested in Wheeling last night.

According to a police report, officers found Steven M. Johnson, of Wheeling , urinating in an alley  outside the American Legion in East Wheeling.

Officers discovered that Johnson was wanted in Pittsburgh for larceny and receiving stolen property.

Johnson was arrested, and taken to the Northern Regional Jail.
