    Wheeling will celebrate the Upper Ohio Valley's rich ethnic heritage with a Multicultural Festival Sunday, June 29, on the waterfront. 
    Wheeling will celebrate the Upper Ohio Valley's rich ethnic heritage with a Multicultural Festival Sunday, June 29, on the waterfront. 

The Wheeling Symphony Orchestra, featuring Neil Donnell singing Sting and The Police, will be in concert at 8 p.m. Feb. 14 at the Capitol Theatre in Wheeling.

The concert features Donnell on lead vocals. Often referred to as "the most recorded voice" in Canada, Donnell has performed with a number of other artists, including Anne Murray, Triumph and Rush.

A pre-concert buffet dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. in the Capitol Theatre Ballroom.
