Two Brooke County men have been indicted for allegedly delivering heroin that caused the death of a Follansbee man in March of 2011.
Curtis J. Adams, 28, and Justin A. Withers, 28, both of Wellsburg, are charged with distribution of heroin. They are also charged with "interstate travel in aid of racketeering" for allegedly traveling to Steubenville to acquire the heroin and then back to Brooke County to deliver the drug to the victim.
Both men face life in prison since the delivery of heroin is alleged to have caused the death.
Adams has been released on bond while Withers remains in custody on unrelated charges.
Both will appear for their arraignments on Feb. 15.
