Belmont County Commissioner Matt Coffland and his son, Matt Coffland Jr., were in Eastern Division Court in court on Tuesday facing charges that stem from their alleged behavior during an investigation of their business by liquor control agents.
Both Cofflands are each charged with one count of knowingly hindering or obstructing a liquor control agent, one count of knowingly hindering the discovery of a crime and one count of knowingly obstructing the performance of a public official.
