Continuing to take his annual speech outside of Columbus, the 2013 State of the State address will be Tuesday, Feb. 19 in Lima. Last year, the address was held at Steubenville's Wells Academy, the highest ranked public school in Ohio.
According to a press release from the Governor's office, the decision to deliver the address outside of the capital is his attempt to make state government more accessible to the residents of Ohio.
Lima's Veterans Memorial Civic and Convention Center will be the venue to host Kasich's annual address.
