No Charges in Case of Suspicious Workplace Camera

Steel of West Virginia will not face criminal charges after claims by its employees of a camera that pointed toward the locker room.

The company's vice president of operations says the camera pointed away from the locker room, into the boiler room, to monitor an employee that was supposed to be cleaning.

West Virginia State Police say after conducting several interviews and meeting with the assistant prosecutor, the decision was made not to file charges.
