Men Charged in Heroin Death Arraigned

Two men charged with the death of a Follansbee man were arraigned Friday morning.

Justin Withers and Curtis Adams allegedly delivered heroin to a Follansbee man who later died of an overdose.

Because the delivery of this heroin is alleged to have cause the death, the men face up to life in prison.
