Belmont County, Ohio -
The Shadyside man
suspected of standing outside Jefferson Elementary School, masked and armed is
scheduled for a preliminary hearing next week.
Brent Missy's bond was
lowered from $7,500 to $5,000 and he is set to appear in court next Thursday
morning. Missy is facing charges of inducing panic and having weapons under a
disability.
A mother of a school
student noticed him, covered head to toe, in camouflage gear and holding a bow
and arrows and alerted authorities. Police arrested Missy in his mobile home
near the school.
He's been in jail ever
since.
