Update: Bones Found Under Porch at Paden City Home Not Suspicious

UPDATE:

According to Wetzel County Prosecutor Tim Haught, the bones found under a Paden City home on Sunday were that of either a cow or a pig, and were never deemed suspicous in nature.

 

 

ORIGINAL STORY:

Authorities have confirmed bones were found under a porch at a Paden City Home Sunday.

Wetzel County Prosecutor Tim Haught  said West Virginia State Police received the call and conducted an investigation.

Haught said they did not appear to be human bones and stressed they are not  linked to any criminal investigation.

Haught said the bones have been turned them over to the Medical Examiner's office.
