A man was found passed out inside of a local McDonalds' bathroom and Steubenville police say it was because of a heroin overdose.
Officers found James Acconcia, who had an active bench warrant out for his arrest, late Monday night lying inside the men's restroom.
Acconcia was allegedly found with multiple needles and admitted to shooting up two stamp bags, according to police.
He was taken to Trinity West where he was advised that he was being charged with possession of a drug abuse instrument and possession of drugs.
Nurses at Trinity West reportedly found additional needles on Acconcia.
Acconcia said he overdosed on a mix of Xanax and heroin. He was jailed without bond and appeared in court Tuesday morning.
