Two people are being charged with the bank robbery of the New Cumberland branch office of Hancock County Savings Bank.
Warrants have been issued for Russell Frederick Culbreth, 34, and Neredia Jade Marie Ferrer, 19. No address was on file for either suspect.
Culbreth is a convicted felon who was charged for a previous robbery in South Carolina.
Police said the two are believed to be driving a 1999 black, two-door Pontiac Grand Am with the WV license plate: 3TF250.

The Hancock County Savings Bank in New Cumberland has been robbed according to Hancock County Sheriff Ralph Fletcher.
The suspect is reported to be a thin, white male, standing approximately five-foot seven inches to 6 feet tall and is believed to be in his mid 20s to early 40s.
He was wearing a dark baseball cap with a yellow t-shirt over top a black hooded sweatshirt, jeans and gloves.
Sheriff Fletcher said the subject entered the bank through the front door, presented a note to the cashier and took it with him before fleeing the scene on foot.
Police are currently searching for the suspect's car, a black Chevy Cavalier with a loud exhaust.
He was last seen headed south on Black Horse Road where police believed he entered Route 2 near the S-turn in New Cumberland.
