Wheeling County Day Hosts Speaker on Bullying - WTRF 7 News Sports Weather - Wheeling Steubenville

Recent studies show that for every 10 instances of bullying in children, adults only witness a single instance. That means 90 percent of the time, children are facing the bullying problem on their own.

Wheeling County Day School is taking steps to teach kids how to take care of themselves. A national speaker on bullying will hold a workshop at the school tonight.  The 90-minute free event will begin at 6 p.m. in the Wheeling County Day School gym.

Free child care is offered, but if you intend to use it, you are asked to call ahead of time.
