First on WTRF.com: Fugitive Wanted in Belmont County Is Captured

WTRF has just received word that a fugitive from justice out of Belmont County has been arrested in Wheeling.

32-year-old Tyrone Allen Martin was arrested for fleeing and being a fugitive from justice  for burglary and drug trafficking offenses.

Belmont County authorities considered him armed and dangerous but police say he did not have a gun when they arrested him.
