Weirton Man Arrested for Sexually Abusing a Minor

A Weirton man was arrested for having sexual intercourse with a two year old and giving the toddler a sexually transmitted disease.

Tyler Graham, 19, is charged with sexual abuse by a person of trust to a minor. Graham is the mother's boyfriend.

Weirton detectives found physical evidence of sexual abuse on the child.

The mother first thought the toddler had a diaper rash but after visiting the physician she was told to take the child to the ER.

"Weirton Medical Center ER called to tell us that they had a two year old baby that was having surgery from an injury that she sustained from being sexually abused," says Detective Gerard Spencer.

Graham was given a bond of $50,000 and his hearing is set for later this week.
