There are new developments in the case of a man reportedly found passed out in a McDonald's bathroom due to a heroin overdose.
James Acconcia, of New Cumberland, appeared in Steubenville municipal court this morning for his arraignment.
Judge Daniel Spahn set Acconcia's a bond at $15,000 due to his living out of state and his failure to appear in court last time he was arrested.
His preliminary hearing is set for Tuesday, Feb. 26.
Acconcia was charged with a felony of possession of drugs and possession of drug instruments; a misdemeanor in which he could serve up to 60 days in jail for.
